We designed and built this 12,000 SF co-working space in East Austin along with Mark Odom Studios. Modern design throughout for one of the sleekest office spaces in town and all of the usual sustainability bells and whistles including triple-pane windows, high efficiency fresh air ventilation system and LED lighting throughout. Also includes a 30 kW solar PV array which covers roughly 20% of the entire building's energy needs. This is the project that brought us to Austin in the first place, what should be the first of many in town.
